Forani Investments Limited is a Hong Kong-based principal investment company deploying its own capital across public markets in Asia. The company focuses on listed equities, convertible securities and other transactions involving publicly listed companies, and undertakes each transaction as principal and for its own account.
Forani operates with a long-term, disciplined approach to capital allocation and maintains a selective investment process across the markets in which it participates. Capital is committed on a selective basis, and each transaction is assessed before it is undertaken.
Forani invests its own capital. It does not manage capital for third parties or provide investment services, and every transaction it undertakes is conducted as principal and for its own account. Transactions are conducted on individually negotiated terms and are not directed at the general public.
Each transaction is assessed on its commercial terms, market liquidity, capital structure and downside protection. These criteria apply across the company's activities, from primary subscriptions to secondary share purchases and other negotiated transactions. Capital is committed on a selective basis.
